A symposium presented by the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum supported by the IBA Arbitration Committee and the IBA Litigation Committee, and in association with the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC)
Topics include the role of courts:
- in determining jurisdiction, constitution of and challenges to an arbitral tribunal
- in relation to interim measures, other orders in aid of arbitration and emergency arbitrator decisions
- in setting aside, recognising and enforcing arbitral awards
