This webinar will consider the current status of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development’s Pillar Two guidance, as well as assess the implementation of Pillar Two across various jurisdictions. It’ll also take stock of other digital tax measures and explore international issues and possible areas of dispute that are anticipated in connection with Pillar Two and digital taxes, as well as dispute resolution mechanisms.
