A webinar presented by the IBA Young Lawyers’ Committee, supported by the IBA Arab Regional Forum and the IBA Arbitration Committee

Securing the first few appointments as an arbitrator comes with its own set of challenges. Building a career as an arbitrator, meanwhile, is equally full of challenges! This webinar – the second part in a series entitled ‘From aspirant to arbitrator!’ – looks at how to navigate the journey from landing small claims to larger complex cross-border disputes. It also examines whether there’s a difference in the approach or conduct of proceedings between being a sole arbitrator or a co-arbitrator.

As we are limited to 1,000 registrants, we request that you please only register for this event if you will be attending.
