Biography

Ana Cristina Arosemena is a Partner at CENTRAL LAW in Panama. She is a graduate lawyer from the Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología (LL.B., 2003) and has obtained a Master in Business and Maritime Law at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Spain in 2004; a Master in Law and Economics at Università degli Studi di Bologna Italy and Université Paul Cézanne Aix Marseille III France in 2005. Master Degree in Trademark at Alicante University, Compliance Officer Degree from Panama University. Her practice is focused in Corporate Commercial Law, Maritime Law, Banking and Finance Law, Environmental Law, Real Estate & Property Law, Labour and Immigration. She is a regular author of articles promoting the Panamanian trade such as “Expansion of the Panama Canal,” (2004) and “The Role and Impact of the Middleman in Alternative Dispute Resolutions”. Ana Cristina is an active member of the Panamanian Bar Association; International Bar Association (IBA); Panama Maritime Association; Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI).
