Biography

Francesca Secondari joined Prada in May 2023 as Group General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer. Previously she was at Studio Legale BonelliErede of which she became, corporate and M&A, partner in 2019 and where she also carried out business development activities in Africa and the Middle East. She has gained solid experience in extraordinary finance, M&A, corporate governance transactions with ESG focus and she has directly coordinated major transactions in the luxury sector, gaining an in-depth direct knowledge of the industry. Francesca holds an Executive MBA from the American University in Cairo and has been called upon to speak at international profile conferences such as those organized by UNIDO and International Bar Association. She regularly does pro-bono work for Doctors with Africa - CUAMM and promotes a program, which she founded, for environmental protection in the Okavango Delta.
