Gabriela Gobbi

Biography

Gabriela Gobbi is an experienced attorney at Duarte Forssell Advogados (DFA), a São Paulo-based law firm, focused on complex litigation, international asset recovery, transnational frauds and cross-border insolvency. She has supported clients in high complexity litigation and advised national and foreign liquidators, as well as financial institutions and a variety of creditors, in identifying and recovering assets located in Brazil or diverted to offshore structures. Gabriela holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo and a Licence in Law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon III (Licence Droit, Economie, Gestion - Mention Droit). In 2021, she became a certified practitioner through the INSOL International Board. Gabriela is also a Specialist in Civil Procedure Law by University of São Paulo.
