Biography

Lea Ruckstuhl, an attorney specialized in financial market law with a strong focus on combating money laundering and terrorist financing, is a counsel at Kellerhals Carrard. She has many years of experience in the field of financial market supervisory law and advises financial intermediaries, in particular, in connection with licensing issues (banking law/fintech), FINMA enforcement procedures, AML and compliance. She conductes internal investigations related to this practice area. She combines her legal expertise with experience in the field of supervision, which she gained as a result of spending many years as head of the Office of the Self-Regulatory Organization of the Swiss Leasing Association and as vice president of the asssociation of all self-regulatory organizations in Switzerland.
