Thula Kaira

Biography

Thula has over 25 years experience in competition law, of which 18 years were as an enforcer and 7 years as a consultant and technical advisor to competition authorities. He has worked in several countries, with previous full-time work at the Australia Competition and Consumer Commission (2002), the competition and consumer authorities in Botswana (2011-2016), Eswatini (2019) and Zambia (1998 - 2011, 2016 todate). He has been with AB&David since 2016. Thula holds qualifications in law, management, and competition economics.
