Biography

Seasoned labour and employment lawyer, head of the International Employment Team with Van Doorne (www.elsdewind.com), Amsterdam. Brings to the table over 39 years of high-level consultancy and litigation experience and an in-depth knowledge of doing business globally. Specialises in labour and employment law with a focus on M&A and restructurings, workers participation (including setting up European works councils), boardroom consultancy, governance and executive remuneration, employee data privacy and European and cross-border labour and employment law. Has been member, Vice-Chair s and Chair of the Employment and Industrial Relations Committee, and Vice-Chair and Chair of the IBA Global Employment Institute (GEI). Currently member of the IBA GEI Advisory Board.
