Andrew M Levine
Biography
Andrew Levine is a litigation partner at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP and focuses his practice on white collar and regulatory defense, internal investigations and a broad range of complex commercial litigation. He regularly defends companies and individuals in criminal, civil and regulatory enforcement matters and has conducted numerous investigations throughout the world. Mr. Levine also advises clients on a broad array of anti-corruption matters, including conducting risk assessments, enhancing compliance programs and mitigating risks presented by potential mergers, acquisitions and other transactions. Before joining Debevoise in 2006, Mr. Levine served as Deputy Counsel to the Independent Inquiry Committee into the United Nations Oil-for-Food Programme, led by Paul A. Volcker. Mr. Levine received his J.D. from Yale Law School and his B.A. summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale College. Mr. Levine publishes and speaks regularly on anti-corruption matters, and is a Co-Editor-in-Chief of Debevoise’s monthly FCPA Update newsletter.
