Biography

Dr. Martin IMHOF is an Equity Partner at the Dusseldorf office of the German law firm Heuking Kuhn Luer Wojtek. He regularly represents strategic and private equity investors in domestic and cross-border M & A and commercial transactions and investments, general corporate matters, including the incorporation of companies, and the formation and structuring of international Joint Ventures. He advises foreign enterprises investing in Germany or transacting business with German companies. Martin is recommended as attorney in the fields of M&A by the renowned German business journal WirtschaftsWoche (Top Kanzlei 2016) and recognised in Chambers Global 2016 as one of the 'Leaders in their Field' in Corporate/M&A, Experts Based Abroad, India.
