Description
To date, countries or regional organisations like the European Union have been increasingly adopting regulation in the business human rights arena. This ranges from reporting requirements to obligatory human rights due diligence. This session will explore the legislative initiatives around the world and identify the legal consequences attached to them. As many lawyers are still unaware of these consequences, this session is indispensable regarding bringing them up to speed.
