In this sub-topic, the Speaker will explain, among other things, the law firm management techniques for improving the work environment, managing the client, the lawyers, the staffs, managing technology, etc.
B. Develop a career model for young lawyers and the skills required
In this sub-topic, the Speaker will explain, among other things, the tips to take the young lawyers to the next level, the recommendations for the young lawyer to be an attractive lawyer in the future, the important of the networking and appearing in publications for a young lawyer, etc.
