Description

This panel addresses the impact of unconscious bias in the personal and professional lives of both men and women. Spotting, addressing and tackling gender bias in order to create a more diverse and inclusive overall society and workplace is of paramount importance in the 21st century and key for obtaining further developments in gender parity. Why does it matter? What can we do about it? How do we raise awareness? How do we mitigate it? These are only some of the questions that our panellists address during this very enriching discussion.
