This session discusses: • encouraging innovation and addressing transfer of technology challenges: regulatory challenges; intellectual property and trade secrets; and technology transfer considerations; • cybersecurity: addressing legal and regulatory issues in business and in the workplace; • technology and disputes: resolving technology-related disputes and utilising technology to resolve disputes; and • digital transformation and artificial intelligence in the legal world: from e-justice/arbitration to legal tech, automated law firms and modern legal departments.
