Description
Speakers will discuss the implications of an asset purchase versus a stock purchase in an acquisition scenario, when it is more appropriate to adopt an asset purchase versus a stock purchase – as well as the pitfalls of getting it wrong. In addition, the session will consider the implications of the proposed changes to the merger notification requirements in Indonesia, from post-merger notification to pre-merger notification.
