Description
Join us for an insightful discussion into law firm culture, focusing on issues such as bullying and sexual harassment and gender parity. The panel will consider how failing to make these issues a top priority impedes the career progression of women. By shedding light on the challenges women face at work we aim to foster a more inclusive and supportive atmosphere that empowers female professionals to succeed.
We will consider the latest data and reinvigorate the discussion on bullying and sexual harassment in the legal profession since the IBA "Us Too?" report of 2019, as well as the findings of the ambitious "50:50 by 2030" project. Join us for a comprehensive discussion on breaking down gender barriers and discrimination, and creating a safer, more equitable legal profession for all.
