Abundant research shows that heterogeneity in groups boosts the quality of decision-making. But simply adding a member of an underrepresented group to improve diversity is not the answer. This is something we can relate to, have experienced, or have observed. Join us in a conversation about ways that we can help each other to be present, to show up, and to speak up.
