Description
How do we build purpose in our practice? How can we promote fulfilled teams in our workplace? More and more we find ourselves and our teams losing interest, losing motivation and losing purpose within our careers. We work for compensation but that has proven to not be enough. Working with a purpose translates into higher motivation, happiness in the workplace and better results. Let’s explore how to rebuild our purpose in the legal profession so that we can have happier and more productive teams.
