Navigating risk and regulation: latest trends in marine insurance and maritime law

Description

Panellists from various regions of the world, including Europe and the Americas, will provide insight on the latest trends seen at the confluence of transport law and marine insurance. Geopolitical hot spots are still creating challenges for the shipping and insurance industries, while cybersecurity threats abound. Meanwhile, regulators remain ever active in this field and the landscape is changing in key areas.
