This session will focus on discussing strategies for law firms to build a supportive culture that values professional well-being as a core principle. Drawing on findings from recent reports and research, including guidelines and insights from the Mindful Business Charter, the session will highlight ways to nurture and retain talent, foster a healthier, more connected workplace, and explore the role of supervising partners in developing an ethical, healthy, and supportive work environment.
