Description
Cyber risks are omnipresent and growing at a progressive rate. If you think your (target) company is not at risk or that the risk would only remain at the level of the acquired company: think again! No company is immune and the costs of resolution of cyber incidents are severe. But what is best practice in terms of cyber risk management in the M&A context? The panel will discuss latest trends in cyber risk (vendor) due diligence, the advantages and limitations of W&I insurance and best practice with respect to drafting the acquisition agreement and planning post-closing remediations with respect to cyber risks.
