Biography

Howard has over 30 years experience in all areas of commercial real estate but with a particular emphasis on UK funds especially in relation to sales, acquisitions and development agreements. He also acts for owners of shopping centres, US clients in relation to real estate needs in the UK as well as Japanese, Hong Kong and Malaysian investors. Recognised as a leader in commercial real estate Howard was noted by the Legal 500 to be "very proactive and helpful" and has the experience and industry knowledge to achieve results for clients. Howard trained and qualified at Lovells (now Hogan Lovells). He joined Frere Cholmeley Bischoff in 1997 and became a Partner at Forsters in 1999.
