Biography

Luc Govaert, LL.M. Luc Govaert is a Belgian lawyer and Head of the Procurement Service at the European Space Agency's (ESA) Centre of Earth Observation in Italy. Luc is practicing as a lawyer since 1991 and joined ESA in 2001 after a long stint at the Brussels bar and in telecom. He is fluent in Dutch, German, English, French and Italian. Luc's educational background includes: law studies in Antwerp, Ghent, Louvain-la-Neuve and Heidelberg.
