Philippe Tardif
Biography
Philippe Tardif is a partner in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Philippe's practice focuses on corporate finance, with an emphasis on public and private equity and debt financings, including cross-border financings, mergers and acquisitions involving public companies, and corporate governance matters, including board and special committee advisory roles. He advises listed issuers, government issuers, investment banks and other financial institutions, self regulatory organizations and private equity firms (PE) firms. Philippe is recognized for his expertise in his field and previously served as adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. He is an officer of the International Bar Association’s Securities Law Committee and the co-editor of the Consolidated Ontario Securities Act, Regulations and Rules, Thomson Reuters.
