Biography

Valentina Dolciotti, born in 1981, graduated in Bergamo in Educational Sciences with a thesis on the School Theater. She works for eight years with AEPER social cooperative, dealing with education, prevention and psychiatric distress. In 2012 she attended the Training Course “Equality through gender rules” promoted by the Ministry for Equal Opportunities, at the Faculty of Law of Bergamo; subsequently she obtained the Master in Diversity Management and Gender Equality at the Giacomo Brodolini Foundation, Rome and she became a free lance consultant for inclusion policies. In 2015 she is the creator of the first conference “Diversity. How much diversity is worth ”at the Kilometro Rosso Science and Technology Park, Bergamo. In 2017 she published with Guerini Next publisher the book “Diversity and Inclusion, ten dialogues with diversity managers”, which collects interviews with companies such as AXA, Ferrovie dello Stato, IBM, Costa Crociere and other multinationals. Author Treccani for the online magazine Atlante on the occasion of the “Unesco International Days”. She works as a consultant in companies such as Gruppo Radici, Philips, Enel, Pwc, Boeing, Sace Simest, Dorchester Collection. In March 2018, with Tiziano Colombi, she founded DIVERCITY magazine, the European magazine for inclusion and innovation, of which she is the Editor in Chief.
