Biography

Michael K. Hyun was named deputy general counsel and corporate secretary effective January 2017. He is the corporate secretary of Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG) and its subsidiaries, including Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) and PSEG Power, and is responsible for corporate governance and the administration of the Board of Directors meeting agendas and processes. In addition, as deputy general counsel, he is responsible for corporate, securities and transactional matters across PSEG including disclosures, capital markets transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hyun also oversees PSEG’s shareholder services. Mr. Hyun joined the company in January 2015 as associate general commercial counsel and was later named corporate secretary and associate general counsel in December 2015. Prior to joining PSEG, Mr. Hyun was a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Mr. Hyun graduated from Columbia Law School with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Seoul National University.
