Biography

Jason Fry KC is a Partner and co-head of Clifford Chance's International Arbitration Group. He has over thirty years' experience advising on the resolution of major international disputes arising out of infrastructure and construction projects, energy generation and transmission, aerospace, trade and investment through arbitration and ADR. Jason is an experienced advocate and sits as an arbitrator. Between 2007 and 2012 he served as Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (Paris) and Director of ICC Dispute Resolution Services. Jason has an LLB from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand, a BCL from Oxford University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford University (Said Business School). He is a Solicitor Advocate of England and Wales and an Avocat à la cour at the Paris bar. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Visiting Fellow at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London.
