Biography

MIMI LEE is Managing Counsel with Chevron Upstream, based in San Ramon, California. In collaboration with external counsel located in multiple jurisdictions, Mimi and her team manage disputes pending outside the U.S. predominantly and to a lesser extent within the U.S. Areas of practice include: international arbitration, Hague Convention Proceedings, environmental and commercial disputes, white collar investigations, civil and criminal proceedings, labor and employment litigation. Mimi received her J.D. from St. Louis University School of Law and B.A. from Indiana University. She also studied in France at the Université de Paris - Sud, Faculté de Droit.
