Swiss qualified attorney, self-directed and driven corporate counsel with a profound knowledge in the areas of TMT, data protection, IT outsourcing, cloud computing and any blockchain / crypto related legal issues. Several years of top tier law firm expertise in corporate, commercial and contract law as well as mergers and acquisitions. In my current position as Deputy Chief Legal Officer at Zenotta AG, a Swiss-based Blockchain company at the forefront of data innovation and digital ownership, I oversee the company’s legal go-to market challenges, including regulatory issues and I try to bridge the tech and the legal world.
