Biography

Belén Arribas Sánchez is a lawyer and founding partner of her firm. She is specialized in technology, including AI and ML, and has an extensive track record of over 20 years in Digital, Corporate, Commercial and Data Privacy Law, IP and Compliance. She is President of the International Federation of Computer Law Associations (IFCLA), Vice President of digital lawyers’ association ENATIC, and a past President of the Barcelona Bar, Corporate Law Section, where she currently sits at the Board for Digital Transformation. Former managing partner at Andersen, where she also led the European Digital Business, Technology & Privacy Practice. She teaches at different universities, institutions and associations on matters of data protection and privacy and technology law and publishes regularly on such matters. She has a Law Degree from Universitat de Barcelona and a Master in Law in IT IP Law from ESADE. She works in Spanish, Catalan, English, French, German and Italian. Belén pioneered the practice of IT law in Spain, and has been recognized in directories like Best Lawyers ( categories of Technology Law and Data Protection), Who’s Who Legal ( TMT, Data Security and Data Protection, and distinguished as Thought Leader) for ten consecutive years.
