Biography

Founding partner of ADSTO, Claire Bernier has more than 20 years of experience in counselling and litigation before civil, administrative, criminal jurisdictions or specialized bodies. She has proven expertise in drafting and negotiating IT related contracts and has been involved in many international IT and digital/web projects. Claire has extensive experience in the field of data protection, being strongly involved in national and international compliance programs and cybersecurity issues. She has an in-depth knowledge in White-collar crime law including cybercrime. She is highly recommended in all legal practitioner’s guides for her comprehensive experience in IT, data protection, online issues, e-health, intellectual property and cyber laws related issues (including cyber insurance). Graduated from the INHESJ in 2016 (National Institute for Higher Studies on Security and Justice), Claire has been selected along with 40 other personalities since 2018 to be a member of the Agora 41 (ANSSI). Claire publishes in various high-selected reviews and gives lectures to the on-going professional training of magistrates and lawyers, as well as law students in various institutes.
