Biography

Anna Jonsson leads the Corporate Commercial Group at Vinge in Malmo and advises clients at all stages of the supply-chain on a wide range of commercial contracts and operational issues. She also has extensive experience in M&A, both as an external advisor and an in-house counsel, managing complex transactions and integration processes. Anna re-joined Vinge in 2017 after seven years of practice as general counsel at one of the world's largest dairy groups. She has knowledge from transactions and matters across several sectors, with a focus within the food tech and consumer retail industry. Anna also teaches at the University of Lund in Sweden.
