Biography

Miguel is an Executive Director at GP Bullhound, overseeing the firm’s activities in Spain and Portugal, as well as in Latin America. Previously, Miguel was a Director and Head of TMT for Iberia at Lazard, where he started his career in 1999 and built up an extensive M&A experience, executing and originating numerous transactions in Spain. He was involved in many cross border deals in Europe, the US, Latin America, Africa and Asia for companies including Telefónica, Abertis, and Grupo ACS, in addition to several restructurings and deals in the infrastructure, construction and energy sectors. A native speaker in both Spanish and French, and passionate about new technologies, outdoor sports and music, Miguel holds a bachelor in International Business Administration and a Master in Finance from ICADE.
