Biography

Volodymyr has a trusted reputation for representing and advising international companies in mergers and acquisitions and other cross-border investment and financing matters with reference to Ukraine and other countries in the CIS. He also regularly advises companies on the most sophisticated business projects, with a particular focus on corporate, M&A and banking and finance transactions. Mr Yakubovskyy’s areas of particular expertise include such industries like retail, e-commerce, telecommunications, IT, media, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, financial institutions and insurance. Volodymyr has an LLM from the University of Cambridge (2010), an LLM from Boston University (2009) and degrees in law and international law from Lviv University.
