Biography

Helge is an Equity Partner at the Munich office of the German law firm HEUKING. He has almost two decades of experience advising clients on cross-border M&A deals and cross-border Corporate matters. He represents numerous international groups in all areas of Corporate and Commercial Law, particularly Mergers, Joint Ventures, Spin-offs and post-acquisition Reorganisations. Parallel to his work for HEUKING, Helge worked as an Interim General Legal Counsel (2008 - 2011) of a global, market leading group carved out of a DAX30 company and is thus also perfectly familiar with the inhouse perspective.
