Biography

Haidee is a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan and leads the firm’s M&A effort for the Strategic Investment Group in North America. J.P. Morgan’s SIG Group was formed last year bringing together client coverage of a number of key alternative capital investment firms including private equity, infrastructure, SPACs and family offices. Haidee has spent the past 22 years focused on the origination and execution of M&A for private equity owned, family, founder operated and other privately held companies across a broad set of industries including Diversified Industrials, Services, Consumer & Retail and Technology. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2021, Haidee was at Goldman Sachs where she helped lead the Cross Markets M&A Group. She started her career at UBS in the M&A group and spent over a decade leading the Exclusive Sales & Divestitures Group. Haidee graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A. in Political Science and focus on Economics. She resides in New York City with her husband and two children.
