Biography

Lawyer and in-house counsel with study and work experience in Italy and abroad, he collaborated with leading law firms and worked for important multinational companies in the construction sector. Simone has acquired an extensive experience in the legal management of international projects for the construction of large infrastructural works (motorways and railways) and plant engineering (petrochemicals, fertilizers, oil & gas) handling a wide variety of legal issues: contracts drafting and negotiation, litigation management, corporate and compliance affairs, with major in the contract & claim management of EPC contracts. Currently, as Senior Legal Counsel of Jones Lang Lasalle he advises the company in the Italian market of real estate, focusing on the most important construction initiatives for the sister company Tetris Design & Build.
