Biography

Dr. Jovina Ang Jovina Ang is the director of Communicatio, a privately held consultancy, an affiliate faculty member of Singapore Management University, and a published author of five books. She serves on the boards of the Evergreen Primary School and BoardAgender. Previously, Jovina was an award-winning business executive who worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies including Microsoft, Dell and Cisco Systems where she transformed businesses, reinvented organisational culture, elevated employee engagement, and built corporate brands. Originally from Malaysia, Jovina now lives in Singapore. Jovina holds a Ph.D. from Singapore Management University. She has two children and enjoys growing orchids.
