Biography

Stephanie is a Partner at DLA Piper Australia in the Real Estate team based in Sydney, NSW. Stephanie’s practice focuses on complex and structured transactions, asset management and real estate development across various asset classes The clients that Stephanie regularly partners with are listed companies, REITs, Australian developers and private clients. She has a strong interest in the real estate industry across APAC and has worked on real estate projects in Australia and Asia. Legal 500 has ranked Stephanie as a Next Generation Partner consistently since 2019. Stephanie was awarded Partner of the Year, Women in Law Awards 2019 and Real Estate Partner of the Year finalist, Lawyers Weekly 2020. Stephanie has professional ties with the Women Lawyers Association NSW as an Executive Board member for 2020 and 2021 and regularly presents for Television Education Network delivering education to peers.
