Biography
Clayton Cartwright is the founding and managing member of The Cartwright Law Firm, LLC, in Columbus, Georgia, which specializes in the areas of international taxation, global services, and employee benefits. A frequent speaker and author for immigration law seminars and practice guides, he advises businesses, financial institutions, attorneys, accountants, investment advisors, and individuals on matters including expatriate taxation, cross-border employee transfers and remote work, withholding and reporting requirements, and permanent establishments. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting, Beta Gamma Sigma, from The College of William & Mary and his law degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University.
