Biography
Randolph is the Managing Director of the Dispute Resolution Department of Drew & Napier LLC. He also heads the dispute resolution practices of the Greater China, International Trade Desk and Private Client Disputes Group.
Randolph is keenly involved in international arbitration and cross border litigation. He is recognised by various publications including Chambers Asia-Pacific and Chambers Global as a leading practitioner in dispute resolution and an Expert Based Abroad for China in addition to being endorsed by Best Lawyers International for international arbitration, litigation & mediation in Singapore. He is also a ranked lawyer for dispute resolution by Chambers Asia-Pacific, a recommended lawyer for dispute resolution and international arbitration in Legal 500 Asia Pacific, recognised as a distinguished practitioner for dispute resolution by Asialaw Leading Lawyers and a Benchmark Litigation Disputes Star. Apart from counsel work, he is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators, Arbitrators' & Mediators' Institute of New Zealand, Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators, Indian Council of Arbitration and the Bali International Arbitration & Mediation Center and is on the arbitration panels of various arbitral institutions in Singapore, Malaysia, India, China (including Shanghai, Shenzhen, Xi'an and Taiwan) and Russia.
In the sphere of ADR, Randolph is a specialist mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Centre as well as being a Mediator of the Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center, a Mediator & Neutral, The Mediation & Conciliation Network and a Member of the Panel of Neutrals under the Law Society of Singapore Neutral Evaluation and Determination Scheme.
With respect to private client work, Randolph is ranked as a band 1 practitioner by Chambers High Net Worth for family and matrimonial law in Singapore in addition to being a recommended lawyer by Doyle's Guide and Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
Randolph joined Drew & Napier in 1990 after graduating with academic prizes and topping the final examination and public international law course at the National University of Singapore. He became a partner in 1995.
