Biography

She has extensive experience in advising on both domestic and international cartel cases, including internal audits, leniency applications, civil enforcement and criminal prosecutions in various jurisdictions such as the US, the EU, Canada, Singapore and India. She also advises clients on merger control and other competition law issues under anti-trust/competition laws. She regularly advises clients on competition compliance programs, frequently guiding the localization of competition compliance programs for multinational companies in a practical and effective manner that suits their business needs.
