US Department of Justice, Washington, District of Columbia, USA Lynda Marshall was appointed as Chief of the International Section, Antitrust Division, U.S. Department of Justice in 2016. Lynda was previously served as Assistant Chief (2012 – 2015) and previously a Partner, Hogan Lovells. Lynda manages the development and implementation of Antitrust Division policy on international antitrust enforcement issues, including supervision of relationships with international organizations and with counterpart antitrust enforcement agencies outside the U.S,; she also manages Division coordination with other U.S. government agencies involved in international trade and competition, including the National Security Staff, Department of State, Department of Treasury, Department of Commerce and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
