Biography

My practice includes providing day-to-day legal advisory to start-ups and mature technology and life-science companies, on corporate and commercial aspects of their activities, from origination through exit. I also have substantial legal experience in advising technology companies, entrepreneurs, venture capital funds and private equity funds on transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions and sales, corporate finance, venture capital equity and debt investments, multinational strategic transactions, and restructurings.
