Previously at Cooley, helping high-growth companies structure financings and supporting them on corporate & strategic matters in between rounds, often from formation to exit. Started career at Osborne Clarke in London, which involved being seconded to Microsoft to act as its lead consumer & retail lawyer in the UK.
