Biography

Paul White is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Corporate and M&A group. Paul is a specialist in corporate and commercial law including equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and corporate finance. He also regularly advises Boards on corporate governance and compliance issues. In addition to being a Partner in the Corporate practice, Paul has previously served as Chairman of A&L Goodbody, Head of the Corporate practice, and Resident Partner at the Firm’s London office. He also carries management responsibility for a number of the Firm's key relationships.
