Biography
I'm an ALC Law Firm founding partner. I act as an advocate and advisor to clients in high-stakes, cross-border disputes under local and international law; on M&A transactions, project finance transactions, including public private partnerships (PPP), equity capital markets, including IPO’s rights issues and general corporate/commercial matters. I have extensive experience in advising on re-organizations and legal due diligence required for the purposes of all sorts of projects.
I'm the partner in the firm's Arbitration Practice and acts as an arbitrator in high-stakes disputes under local and international law, in a wide range of sectors and industries.
My practice also focuses on complex multi-jurisdictional commercial arbitration and litigation and investor-State disputes.
