Biography

Legal Officer at the Supreme Court Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in Courts of Cambodia (ECCC). Experience in written advocacy and adjudication of atrocity crimes at international tribunals and courts, such as the Special Court for Sierra Leone (SCSL), the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), and ECCC. Key skills: comparative legal research, analysis, drafting, and reviewing legal documents including judgments, decisions, orders, reports, briefs, opinions, and memoranda. Management of Chambers workload and legal support-staff and consultants to ensure that milestones are achieved in an efficient and effective manner, as well as processing and protecting the confidentiality of the Judge’s deliberations and documents. Acquired in-depth insight into how judicial operations are carried out in tribunals and courts, and the dynamic work environments.
