Biography

Position Partner – Corporate/M&A Area Experience Partner of the Corporate - Transactions Area at Crowe since September 2022. Manuel has 18 years of professional experience in the corporate and M&A area.  Manuel began his professional career as lawyer specialized in the field of the corporate and the M&A advice at international law firm Mazars. In 2016 he was appointed Corporate and M&A partner in Etl Global Spain, German international law firm. During his career Manuel has gained a long and extensive experience in M&A, both advising on the buy and sell side, due diligence and investment rounds; corporate restructurings, both at a domestic and cross-border level; and the provision of corporate and commercial advice to both national and multinational clients and start-up's.   Member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM). Since 2021 he has been annually recognized by Best Lawyers for her work in Corporate and M&A Law in Spain. Lecturer at Masters for Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad de Barcelona (UB), teaching Corporate Law, Reestructuring and Insolvency law from 2012.
